How often do you release new collections? Where can I find them?
The seasons often bring changes to our lives. We choose to let them guide the rhythm of ORIMODO, releasing new collections as the seasons change.
I know you are probably tired of having your inbox flooded with brand updates and newsletters. I am too! So ORIMODO will not send them frequently just to stay in touch.
Whenever there is something new to share, we will update our website and registered users will receive a notification. We will also occasionally share stories, new creations, and other little things through Substack, Instagram, and other platforms.
Is each collection available for a limited time or in limited quantities?
Yes.
All of our themed creations are either handcrafted or naturally formed. Finding the craftspeople behind them and creating with them takes time, patience, and care.
The number of pieces we make varies from collection to collection, so each collection is available for a limited time or in limited quantities.
Can I purchase the pieces separately?
Each ORIMODO collection tells a story. Every piece has its own role to play, and together, they become the whole story.
Will a sold-out collection ever return?
No. Once a collection is sold out, we do not plan to make it again.
Our craftspeople put a unique moment of their lives into each collection. No two snowflakes are alike. Even if we were to make a collection again, the emotions, the time, the hands, and all the little circumstances behind it would have changed. It would become something different.
What are the benefits of becoming an ORIMODO member?
Once we have confirmed the production quantity of each collection with our craftspeople, members will receive priority purchase invitations.
Becoming a member means having a little more say in whether a piece you love will find its way to you.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently only serve customers in the United States, and all prices are shown in U. S. dollars (USD).
If we have the opportunity to meet more people who connect with ORIMODO, we hope to see ORIMODO travel to more places around the world.
When will I receive my order?
All ORIMODO pieces are shipped from Southern California and are available as ready-to-ship items.
Once your payment has been completed, we will begin preparing your order.
To make sure your ORIMODO arrives safely and happily, we primarily ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the distance, delivery is estimated to take approximately 1–7 business days.
How are shipping costs calculated?
For U.S. orders, standard shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Expedited shipping is $15.
Shipping options, eligibility and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We carefully prepare each piece, as if wrapping a gift for a good friend.
We ensure that every item we ship meets ORIMODO’s standards.
As a general rule, all sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

What is your packaging like?
ORIMODO aims to reduce unnecessary packaging and chooses recyclable or reusable materials whenever possible.
However, simple does not mean ordinary.
Packaging is also the beginning of each ORIMODO story, and we hope you enjoy opening it.
