Welcome to the ORIMODO website. Through this website, we provide information about ORIMODO and our products, as well as related purchasing services. By accessing or using this website or purchasing ORIMODO products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products

Each ORIMODO piece is either handcrafted or naturally formed. As a result, individual pieces may naturally vary in color, shape, size, pattern, weight, texture, and other characteristics. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, differences in photography, lighting, and screen settings may cause the color or appearance of a piece you receive to vary slightly from the images shown on our website. Product pages will indicate when images are provided for reference only. The actual piece you receive will be the final reference.

2. Pricing & Payment

ORIMODO products are currently priced in U. S. dollars (USD).

The price and any applicable charges shown at checkout will be the final amount for your order. Payments are processed through the third-party payment services available on our website.

3. Shipping & Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses, contact information, and other relevant details when placing an order.

ORIMODO is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or other related issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Orders are typically processed immediately after payment is completed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. We primarily use USPS for delivery, and estimated delivery times are approximately 1–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

As each ORIMODO piece is handcrafted or naturally formed, variations in color, shape, size, pattern, weight, texture, and other characteristics are part of the character of our products. We generally do not accept return or exchange requests for the following reasons:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Size or shape preferences.

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at studio@orimodo.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Your email should include:

Order number.

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable) and the packaging.

A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Please do not return any item without prior authorization from ORIMODO.

If the damage is confirmed, you will receive either a refund or a replacement.

Full or partial refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In most cases, you will not need to return the item, and we may process a refund or replacement based on photo evidence.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, images, brand marks, product photography, original designs, and other content on this website are owned by ORIMODO or the respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior authorization from ORIMODO or the respective rights holder, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use such content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
