Return & Refund Policy

We ensure that every item we ship meets ORIMODO’s standards. As a general rule, all sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Each piece is either handcrafted or naturally formed, so variations in color, shape, size, pattern, weight, texture, and other details are part of its character. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on a change in personal preference or variations naturally created through craftsmanship or by nature.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at studio@orimodo.com and include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

We will usually respond within 1–2 business days. If the damage is confirmed, we will provide either a refund or a replacement.
